How to Unlock User Accounts

Users that have access to this feature: Site Admin.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the blue menu on the left-hand side of the screen. If the menu is collapsed (i.e. you only see icons, no menu headers) click on the > icon to expand the menu. Select “Global Settings to display the submenu options, then click “Users.”

Step 2: Use the search bars in the column headings of the user table to find a specific user account. Search/filter users by Last Name, First Name, UserID, Role, Status, and Last Login.

Step 3: Only users with a Status of "Locked" require an UnLock.

Step 4: Select a user account from the table, then click the “UnLock” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The user will receive an email with a temporary pin and login instructions.*

*If the user does not see the email in their inbox, the email may be in their Junk/Spam folder.
