Staff (aka Facility) Alerts give your team a heads-up when a patient makes an online reservation. ER Express has four alert types to choose from; email, SMS (text message), voice (phone call), and fax. You can have as many or as few alert types and destinations as you would like. Alerts are customizable to fit the needs of your team and workflow.
