From a patient experience standpoint, nothing will change with the online check-in process. Everything will look and function the same. Internally, we have simplified the first-available-time script so it is easier to implement and runs faster. The changes will need to be pushed to production the day/night before go-live. Your implementation manager will be available to help test once changes are made. You will receive the new facility IDs from your implementation manager (We can provide you with a test facility ID if you would like to start testing before your actual Facility IDs are produced.)

The web team has two major responsibilities: 

1. Update the book now button script


2. Update the website with the new online check-in form URL
