How Do I Reset My Password?

Users that have access to this feature: Site Admin, Full Patient Management, Limited Patient Management, Report Only, View Only

Step 1: Go to https://clients.erexpress.com and click on the “Forgot User ID or Password” button.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click “Send Email.” You will receive an email with a new, temporary pin. You will use your username and temporary pin to log in at https://clients.erexpress.com where you will be automatically redirected to create a new, permanent password.
