How to Mark a Patient as Ready for Room

Users that have access to this feature: Site admin, Full Patient Management, Limited Patient Management.


Step 1: Navigate to the “New/Waiting” queue, then click on a patient card to interact with the patient's record.



Step 2: Click the green “Ready for Room” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the modal. The patient's card will move to the "Ready for Room" queue and the patient will receive an *SMS text update.


 *Assumes the patient opted-in to SMS text updates.
