How to Temporarily Set a Walk-in Only Schedule

Users that have access to this feature: Site Admin, Full Patient Management.


Step 1: Navigate to the blue menu on the left-hand side of the screen. If the menu is collapsed (i.e. you only see icons, no menu headers) click on the > icon to expand the menu. Select “Capacity Settings to display the submenu options then click “Walk-in Only.



Step 2: Click on the "3 hrs" or "All day" button to switch to walk-in only for just 3 hours or for the rest of the day respectively, then click the green “Apply Now” button in the confirmation pop-up to apply the change.



Step 4: Click on the same "3 hrs" or "All day" button (active option button is red) to undo the change to walk-in only and reopen online reservation time slots at any time.
